This policy covers the VIBE ANALYZER app (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows) and the analyzatorvibraci.cz website.

2. App – what stays on your device

• Measurements, records, routes, PDF and CSV reports and app settings. They are stored in the app's storage on your device.
• If you share a report or file (email, Files, another app), the service you choose handles it under its own terms.

3. App – what we receive, and when

Only when you start the action in the app:

All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS). For online evaluations, the evaluation text may be produced with the help of an external AI model provider that processes the data only on our behalf and only for this purpose.

4. App – device permissions

• Local network / WiFi (Hotspot): to connect to the analyzer over its WiFi. If Android asks for location to list WiFi networks, the app uses it only to find the analyzer. It never stores or sends your location.
• Camera: to read QR codes on measuring points. Images are processed on the device and are not stored or sent.
• NFC: to read and write tags on route measuring points.
• Files: to open and save measurements and reports you choose.
• USB (Android, Windows): to connect the analyzer by cable.

You download the app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). These stores process your purchase and download data independently under their own policies. We only receive aggregate statistics from them (e.g. download counts) and crash reports if you allow sharing them.

5. Website analyzatorvibraci.cz

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, topic and message. The form is sent through the Web3Forms service to our email info@vibedynamics.cz. We use the details only to reply to your enquiry and for any resulting business talks.
• Running the website: the site is hosted by WEDOS Internet, a.s. On each visit the server processes technical data (IP address, time, page visited, browser type) to run and secure the website.
• Browser storage: only what is necessary (light / dark mode, an unsent enquiry, online demo settings, your video choice). The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookies page.
• YouTube videos load only after you click play or choose "Always load videos". Only then does YouTube (Google) receive your IP address and may set cookies. You can withdraw this consent at any time on the Cookies page.

6. Who else processes data

Some of them may process data outside the EU, mainly in the USA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR. We do not sell data or pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

7. Legal basis and retention

• Enquiries, online evaluations, uploaded measurements, licence checks: preparing and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Error reports and website operation data: our legitimate interest in a working and secure app and website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• YouTube videos: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep data only as long as the purpose requires: evaluations and uploaded measurements for as long as we provide the service and support, error reports until the error is resolved, enquiries for the time of the business talks and any cooperation, accounting records for the period set by law. On request we delete data earlier, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Providing data is voluntary. Without an email or phone number, however, we cannot reply, and without measurement data we cannot create an evaluation.

8. Automated decision-making

The online evaluation analyses machine data, not people. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

• Access – to learn what data we process about you and get a copy (Art. 15).
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
• Erasure of data we no longer need or process unlawfully (Art. 17).
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
• Data portability – your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
• Withdrawal of consent – for YouTube videos on the Cookies page. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
• Complaint to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz, or to the supervisory authority in your country.

Send your request to info@vibedynamics.cz. We reply within one month at the latest. To make sure we do not give your data to someone else, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

10. What we do not do

• No ads, and no analytics or tracking tools.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No selling of data and no sharing for marketing.
• The app needs no registration or user account.

11. Children and changes

The app and the website are meant for companies and maintenance technicians, not for children.

If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
