No. In the Czech Republic, ISO 18436-2 personnel certification may only be issued by centres approved by the Czech Association of Technical Diagnosticians. We are not one of them and we do not claim to be. What we do is practical training: we teach your technicians to operate the instrument, read the results and recognise typical faults on your own machines. For most plants that is exactly what is needed. If you require certified personnel, we will gladly recommend an accredited centre.
Yes. We split the price into 12 monthly instalments with no surcharge whatsoever — CZK 99,000 works out at CZK 8,250 a month. The instalments come directly from us, so there is no leasing company, no credit check and no approval process. A quarterly option is available too. The instrument remains our property until the final instalment is paid.
Both. We're not only the developer and manufacturer of VIBE ANALYZER — we also perform on-site vibration analysis, dynamic rotor balancing (fans, pumps, blowers) per ISO 21940, bearing diagnostics and replacement coordination, and scheduled condition-monitoring contracts. Either buy a VIBE ANALYZER and measure yourself, or have us handle everything. Details are in the Services section.
No. VIBE ANALYZER is built for a maintenance technician with no specialized vibration expertise. The app tells you directly what's happening — a traffic light and a VIBE AI report are enough. For unclear cases, upload the recording and our team responds within 24 hours. Ten such evaluations are included with every analyzer. Advanced users still have full FFT, envelope spectrum and other expert functions.
Typically within 3 to 6 months — in induspilot plants often after the first detected fault. A single avoided unplanned shutdown usually covers the analyzer cost several times over. Yes, both. The app has a unified interface for Android (phone or tablet, version 10 and up) and Windows 10/11. Data and routes can be exported and imported between devices. An iOS version over a WiFi bridge is in development.
In three ways. First, the approach — the app runs on your phone or computer; you don't need a second device with its own display, batteries and chargers. Second, a finished diagnosis — VIBE AI tells you what's wrong and generates a PDF report; you don't have to read spectra yourself. We recommend the 90-day pilot at CZK 15,000 — a week produces no trend, three months show how the condition really develops. It includes training, route setup, a monthly joint measurement with our analyst and a final report. The full fee is credited towards the purchase. If you don’t want to commit to anything yet, we will come out and measure your worst machine for CZK 9,000.
