Two hours of operator training come with every instrument. On top of that we offer a full-day practical session: reading spectra, recognising typical faults and setting up the route — on your own machines, not on textbook examples.
We are not an accredited training centre. If you need ISO 18436-2 personnel certification, we will gladly point you to a centre approved by ATD ČR.
For plants without an in-house analyst. Upload any number of measurements and our team returns a full evaluation within 24 hours. An external diagnostics team behind you.
The instrument is only half the answer — someone then has to walk the machines every week. If you don’t have that capacity, leave the diagnostics to us. We come at the agreed interval, measure your critical machines and call you when something starts to deteriorate.
Once you find the interval isn’t enough and you want to measure yourself, we credit half of the annual fee you have paid towards a VIBE ANALYZER. So the contract is not a dead end — it is a way to try predictive maintenance with no capital outlay and without having to find a spare person.
Prices are indicative for plants within 150 km. We will put together an exact quote after a short call — all we need is the number and type of machines.
